Something that's interesting to look at/hear/touch

Recently visited Tate Modern, some stuff there was impressive but certain things where like "what the hell" looked like they had been done by people on day release.

Surely if the person who conceives it thinks of it as art then it is. Having an impact positive or negative on the person who is exposed to the art, whatever that may be, is presumably the reason for its conception but has no sway over whether it is art or not.

If i do a poo it's not art, if i do a poo, tell you it's art and ask you to look at it, then it is. it may not be good art, but it's art
