What do you eat for breakfast?

Every weekday:
1x Danone Actimel yoghurt drink
1x bottle of Lucozade sport/Powerade/Gatorade

varies from day to day:
Bowl of muesli
or
packet of crisps
or
2 sandwiches
or
2 doughnuts

I always have breakfast, without fail.

I have scambled eggs on toast at least 3 times a week. With a big bowl of cereals or porridge, a fruit of some kind (banana, apple...), maybe some yoghurt, a slice or two of toasted bread with some butter & jam/peanut butter/marmalade.

i don't really have time in the morning for anything more grand than that. But I tend to have a second breakfast at work at around 8-9am (I'm at work just after 6am). So with my 2nd breakfast (shake with oats, milk, whey, or a fruit smoothie, a yoghurt & nuts etc...) that'll contribute to a decent calorie intake for the time of day (I hit around 3-3.2k cals / day) - which is an important time of the day to be taking calories in.

That sounds awsomse. I wish I could afford to eat properly, as pathetic as that sounds :s :(

Just some toast or cereal, for some reason I find it hard to stomach more than that at breakfast time, its annoying because when we are on holiday or whatever and its a buffet breakfast or everyone is eating a lot for a hard day im just eating the usual.

Why can some people eat lots for breakfast but others have to spend ages eating just one serving of something?

any need for the sugar drink every weekday morning?

This morning ... the cheese wholemeal rolls i'd made for lunch :) .... normally just have orange juice as I don't normally have time for more before going out. Fridays is sausage and bacon roll from the site canteen though.

Pretty much every weekday I have a bowl of Weetabix (Tesco healthy living version) topped with sugar and milk and accompanied by a mug of tea.

Quick and easy to get ready.

always eat breakfast on work days but sometimes skip it on the days off (just don't feel hungry) it usually consists of a cereal (either cornflakes or shreaded wheat (3)) and a piece of fruit when i get to work before the onslaught begins :(.

shreddies with some sweetner. :) without fail, everyday.

i dont like toast. but scrambled egg sounds AWESOME, wheres a recipe to make it? (im a noob when it comes to cooking) any advice on some healthy additives to it?

Take two-three eggs depending on how much food you want.

Whisk them into a pulp. Add a dash of milk, no more.

Heat butter in saucepan, pour eggs in and continually stir on a low heat.

When eggs are still slightly sloppy, take off the heat and continue to stir until desired consistency is reached. Add salt or pepper.

sounds like a lot of hassle though...
