Weetabix.
I always have breakfast, without fail.
I have scambled eggs on toast at least 3 times a week. With a big bowl of cereals or porridge, a fruit of some kind (banana, apple...), maybe some yoghurt, a slice or two of toasted bread with some butter & jam/peanut butter/marmalade.
i don't really have time in the morning for anything more grand than that. But I tend to have a second breakfast at work at around 8-9am (I'm at work just after 6am). So with my 2nd breakfast (shake with oats, milk, whey, or a fruit smoothie, a yoghurt & nuts etc...) that'll contribute to a decent calorie intake for the time of day (I hit around 3-3.2k cals / day) - which is an important time of the day to be taking calories in.
Every weekday:
1x Danone Actimel yoghurt drink
1x bottle of Lucozade sport/Powerade/Gatorade
varies from day to day:
Bowl of muesli
or
packet of crisps
or
2 sandwiches
or
2 doughnuts
right now eating Marmite on toast
i dont like toast. but scrambled egg sounds AWESOME, wheres a recipe to make it? (im a noob when it comes to cooking) any advice on some healthy additives to it?
Take two-three eggs depending on how much food you want.
Whisk them into a pulp. Add a dash of milk, no more.
Heat butter in saucepan, pour eggs in and continually stir on a low heat.
When eggs are still slightly sloppy, take off the heat and continue to stir until desired consistency is reached. Add salt or pepper.
any need for the sugar drink every weekday morning?
sounds like a lot of hassle though...![]()
