It's one of the simplest things you can cook, short of baked beans on toast. If it looks too complex, buy a sandwich.

it is, omletes are far easier (and more tastey (imo)) and are less fat (due to no milk/butter)
Really?
My omelettes are just scrambled eggs that I don't stir, milk and butter included.

& a cuppa.....!Cereal or Toast most of the time
I always have breakfast, without fail.
I have scambled eggs on toast at least 3 times a week. With a big bowl of cereals or porridge, a fruit of some kind (banana, apple...), maybe some yoghurt, a slice or two of toasted bread with some butter & jam/peanut butter/marmalade.
i don't really have time in the morning for anything more grand than that. But I tend to have a second breakfast at work at around 8-9am (I'm at work just after 6am). So with my 2nd breakfast (shake with oats, milk, whey, or a fruit smoothie, a yoghurt & nuts etc...) that'll contribute to a decent calorie intake for the time of day (I hit around 3-3.2k cals / day) - which is an important time of the day to be taking calories in.

really? my omlettes are just 2 eggs + black pepper/peppers and/or grated cheese (but the cheese is usually a treat)
Is this the sort of pointless thread someone was complaining about last night? If so, then a sandwich from M&S usually.
