What do you eat for breakfast?

For 6 days in a week I have 2 eggs with 3-4 slices of toasts and a glass of milk.

The other day I have some cereal or whatever was left from previous days dinner.

sounds like a lot of hassle though...

It's very easy, you dont have to whisk your eggs before you put em into the pan.

Get your frying pan, put some vegetable oil in it (not too much just enuff to lubricate it). After one minute put the frying pan on low heat, then get your eggs break em into the frying pan and start to stir them. Put the heat up and keep stirring until theyre done.

If you want a bit of extra taste put just a wee bit of milk in and some pepper. You could add grated cheese too.

2 Scoops of Whey
Large Bowl of Porridge / 2 slices seaded wholemeal bread with peanut butter
2 Eggs
Pint of Milk

I always have breakfast, without fail.

I have scambled eggs on toast at least 3 times a week. With a big bowl of cereals or porridge, a fruit of some kind (banana, apple...), maybe some yoghurt, a slice or two of toasted bread with some butter & jam/peanut butter/marmalade.

i don't really have time in the morning for anything more grand than that. But I tend to have a second breakfast at work at around 8-9am (I'm at work just after 6am). So with my 2nd breakfast (shake with oats, milk, whey, or a fruit smoothie, a yoghurt & nuts etc...) that'll contribute to a decent calorie intake for the time of day (I hit around 3-3.2k cals / day) - which is an important time of the day to be taking calories in.

"i don't really have time in the morning for anything more grand than that", you're kidding, right? That's a pretty immense breakfast if I ever saw one.

I usually have a bowl of cereal and a glass of fresh orange :)

I don't eat breakfast to be honest, I know it sounds bad but I wake up and never feel hungry unless i've got a hangover haha

- 2 cups of porridge with a little sugar sprinkled in.
- Tropicana orange juice

Sometimes a fruit corner.

NOM NOM start to the day.

Workdays: Malted Wheats (Shreddies) and Fruit Muesli with about half a pint of milk.
Weekend: Leftovers or something with toast, probably a microwaved poached egg with a cup of tea.
