my healthy way is to just add a tiny tiny drop of olive oil to a small frying pan
on a low-medium heat break in 2 eggs trying not to break the yolks
now all you do is keep pushing the egg round the pan with a spatula until the whites look nearly cooked then break the yolks and continue mixing until cooked
plate up with a gring of salt and black pepper - delicious
