What do you eat for breakfast?

Chocolaty drink
2 scrambled eggs
fruit smoothie

Usual workday breakfast. Have difficulty eating in morning, this stuff is all really easy to swallow (literally) :)

Sounds good, though I always use 3 eggs minimum when making omlettes or scrambled eggs. :)

As much as I love cheese I keep away from it as much as I can (I treat myself from time to time) as it's not very good. :( Sucks really.

yeah, hence the treat bit, trying to lose some weight atm so cheese is a no no for the forseeable future :(

never understood the 2 egg brigade for omlettes or scrambled!
4+ for me

Tell me about it - you hardly get a mouthful!

i usually have it with something else, so i dont want to eat too much ^^, i also like my omlettes quite thin

edit: fruit yoghurt with a bit of alpen thrown in is always a winner as well, i'm so glad to the guy who showed me that ^^

What is this 'whey protein' people are talking of? Am I missing a trick here?

Usually just 2 slices of toast with Veggiemite on, and a mug of tea for me :)

I don't tend to wake up till 2pm most days so I don't really have breakfast. More whatever food I have around the house at that time of day :p

I usually get up 20 mins before i have to leave the house and just manage a quick brew. Im never hungry in the morning anyway, i tend to get hungry by about 10am and have to wait till dinner. I keep saying I'll start getting up earlier and have a boiled egg but cant motivate myself :(.

Most of the time nothing, get up 30minutes before Uni but still don't have time to eat breakfast. Although I've got into a routine of chewing gum just before leaving for uni(dunno why cos I brushed my teeth like 10 minutes ago! :p).

It's something that bodybuilders/weightlifters add to their diet to boost their protein levels - protein is what the body needs to help regenerate spent muscle and help their recovery after intensive use.

It used to be a bowl of cereal. Now I've started my new job and we get breakfast delivered from Pret, I usually have a bacon & egg baguette, tub of fruit pieces, and a honey, yoghurt & granola pot :).

And it's a suitable replacement for breakfast? Please bear with my ignorance! :)

Wow, that's as many calories as I'd have for dinner! But then I have a very slight build. If I go above 12 stone I start to look properly fat.
