But its fine, the whole fanboy thing is mute if you think about it.. you know that when a 360 fan tells you his xbox is quiet its just a blatant lie, like when you ask if a PS3 owner is bothered by the install.. if its a no, they are blatantly lying.. you know they cursed at least twice during the install of GTA4..
This is what gets me through fanboyism.
I have to pull at a thread here...lol literally.
The install thing, Really doesn't bother me, If it was a long install, Say 30 minutes then yes, But for the sake of putting a game in and letting it install for 5 mins, It's just like applying an update.
It's a given that if it wasnt there, it would be better, but to say it has to bother people, I don't see why when it's only usually a short install.
Everyone copies Nintendo anyway (especially controller design and accessories) so no one should be surprised when MS and sony do proper motion based controls.
the eye toy was decent enough to be fair
just needed more games. was good fun anyway
I didn't mean no company ever innovates (nintendo copied the "home" button from Ms for example) just that most of nintendo's ideas get assimilated eventually.
You mean like the dual screen PSP?
Outside of motion control what has ever been copied?
We think we've already got a handle on the various chipset revisions planned for Microsoft's too-beautiful-for-this-world Xbox 360*, but it looks like that planned 45nm "Valhalla" combined CPU / GPU motherboard design we've been hearing about might also come in a redesigned, smaller case. That's certainly news to us, but TG Daily has the refresh happening on the same fall-2009 timeline we've been hearing about, so at least all these sketchy rumors line up. We'll see when we see -- it sounds like the 65nm Jasper units are coming off the line for that August release in the meantime to keep us all warm at night.

Outside of motion control, jolt pack and analogue stick what has ever been copied?
Sound proof fridge enclosure.
