is it roll bacon that seams to be both the streaky and back attached (usually quite cheap? generraly has rind on it too.)
other wise i like good back bacon unsmoked cooked wih a few rashers of very good smoked streaky, makes a wonderful flavor. (and any sandwich with less than 6 rashers is not a propper sarnie!)
