Need some help before my GF kills me! Forum buddies, please help!

We can't decide whether to go AI or not for our honeymoon. We figure we won't have masses of spending money (3 of us as we'll be taking our daughter). If I could find that holiday Kitchster I'll book it! I think the flight might be tough on a nearly 4-year old though.
 
Seems i dont have a chance! Maybe i should look at bed and breakfast and then if thats a good price we can eat out for lunch and dinner and i can pay for that!!

I dont mind paying an extra couple hundred for her, the problem is she wont let me! Dam woman are so complicated. And she really wants AI for some reason.

I have had a loot at Greece but cant seem to find any AI hotels, especially near my price range.
 
only way around it is to fib about it. you book it and pay for it then she pays you or something and you can diddle it if you really want. :)

if not then you arent going anywhere for 2 weeks.... maybe one week at a push.

Women seem to want everything included so it's less hassle or something. My missus was hellbent on getting the thomson holiday insurance because she had to use it last time and they had a 24hr helpline. I tried to argue that all holiday insurance has that sort of thing. In the end though I just caved in; the extra £20 was well worth the hassled saved :p
 
For Christ's sake grow some balls.

If you've got the extra money, just book whatever is necessary for a good holiday for you both, take the £600 off her and pay the rest yourself.

Then punch her in the ovaries for being a nag, and yourself for being a woman and not just doing the above.
 
My Girlfriend and I did 7 days in Sicily, 4 star on the coast for ~ £600 each. Went in August, cheaper then.

in addition to this, me and the GF went to Feurteventura (another canary Island, the least touristy) and had a great time. HOWEVER, it was, again, expensive.

Tell her it's a surprise. Blind fold her....and then take her to the car, drive around the neighbour hood for an hour.

Walk her a bit, make aeroplane noises, do more driving in the car (at this point get a foreign mate who drives badly to drive her back home. Take her into the back garden with a can of Fosters in a tent. Sorted.


(I'm sorry that's not helpful - but bar any amazing last minute deals I don't think you can have a budget that low :().

Yep, me + my parents went to Cuba AI, was brilliant. Everything inside the hotel complex (private beach too, so that's included when i say hotel complex) was included.
 
Yucca gets yourself on the teletext holidays website, and ring up the travel agents pretty much all of them can offer the same holiday. Me and the gf went to calella in spain for a week last year for £215pp including flights transfers half board in a 3* hotel on the beach. It was in September but look around, and try and push your luck a bit with the travel agents on the phone. Be polite but friendly/cheeky see what you can get off. I'd recommend half board, it sorts out breakfast and dinner then you can go out for lunch. :)
