I have to agree. As a CFC fan, I can't think of 1 moment where we deserved a pen.

What has deserving a penalty got to do with anything - it just was a penalty - wait till its uploaded on youtube and then tell me its not a pen.

I hope Grant stays at Chelsea, I really do. He's not as animated as Jose or as flamboyant, but he's done a good job this season.

On the flipside, whether he's done a good job because of the calibre of players he's had at his disposal or a different matter.

Gotta say David Pleat was on top form tonight...

I heard Didja Drugba (Drogba), Vin Der Sar (Van Der Sar) and Keole (Cole)...

The best though... and easily the best I've heard from him was calling Frank Lampard... Redknapp.

I mean honestly, it's like ITV couldn't afford the license fee from FIFA and UEFA to let him use real players names!

What a disgraceful game. Sorry but that was such a poor advertisement for English football and football in general. Ref was appalling, players were appalling .. just appalling .. This sport has degenerated beyond belief. Sad for the neutral IMO.

Congratulations to Utd and commiserations to Chelsea. To use an old cliche neither side really deserved to lose. Before the game I wanted Utd to win because Chelsea had been the less exciting of the teams to watch overall but they played well tonight and I wouldn't have had any real issues if they'd won.

Very harsh on Terry to slip as otherwise it looked to be a good penalty, particularly after the commentators saying that the pitch had been fine and hadn't impacted on the result.

Any idea what minute it was... I've got (most of) the game recorded on my HTPC.

Not sure whether it's recorded all of extra-time or the penalties though.
