the first commandos runs too fast unless you hack about with a cpu slow down tool.

I think the real value comes from having it on steam. You can download any of those games at any time anywhere. Even if you could sell the physical collection for 50 it wouldn't be worth as much. Physical media degrades over time, having it online means forever.

Well it does mean forever but I think by the time the physical media degrades we'll all have thrown away anything still able to play it

I'm tempted by this a lot, having all the hitman games again on steam, I own them all on disk, but having them is tempting.

However looking at the screenshots of the games, they must have been taken at 800x600 on minimum setttings, especially for bloodmoney.
