I have never been unclear on any of these facts, never thought it was someone else’s job, never passed it off as something that the other bloke told me he’d sorted and never felt it was anyone else’s responsibility. The facts in the eyes of the law will become clear, deal with them, accept them and move on, you have been an idiot and trying to justify elements of your 'group' of offenses shows nothing more than someone with a lack of self responsibility.
We all make foul ups and you should learn by it and ensure that you face up to YOUR responsibilities. When I here “its just so expensive nowadays” or ”I thought I had sorted” or “I am waiting for the paperwork” or “honest, I am telling the truth” as is often the case when people are caught on film ‘forgetting’ or ‘thinking’ they were insured I always think the same thing. You can’t afford a car and should not have one, or you should change the priorities in your life as Sky TV is not as important as Insurance, Tax and a safe car.
As for drink driving it just fits with an idiot with responsibility issues and who uses the "its not my problem mate" mantra.
