no no i need the weight because i will be losing a lot during the procedure and need to keep my 'healthy' BMI

So it doesn't have to be fat?

Muscle weighs more than fat, so you will gain more weight quicker by just working out and eating plenty of fish.

Your body can make better use of it, from an eat-it-to-survive point of view, than fat, and it won't hurt keeping any you don't lose after this mysterious "procedure" ;)

Loads of Carbon Hydrates and proteins and you'll gain mass in a more or less healthy way asap, or so I've been told...

chips, burgers, mayo,

My daily meals, yet I haven't gained weight for the past 10 months now.

when i was advised to gain weight i imediatly thought of fattening up, never thought of building muscle!

fats easier, plus im going to loose a lot anyway so doesnt matter what it is, besides id rather loose fat than something ive workd hard for!

Fat's not easier for me, the ONLY way I can put weight on is the gym. Even when I was at college 3 days a week, eating a McDonalds brekky, and KFC fully loaded lunch, for 2 years, I gained half a stone which I lost rather promptly after finishing my course.

Man up, goto the gym, rip some muscles, eat some fish, rinse and repeat. It's not really hard work.

the point was, eat something high in protein.

Any meat will do, fish just generally has higher protein levels than red meat, and none of the health hazards (kidney/gall stones, cancer risk etc).

just double all your portions of food and eat 10 main meals a day instead of 3. macdonalds milkshakes are your best friend

as is the cheese wholesalers

add cheese or chocolate to everything you eat

Jesus Christ if you listen to these people you'll either get diabetes or your liver will get fed up with you and emigrate to Australia. Go see a nutritionist if you're serious about this, or ask in the sports forum.
TBH this is should be closed under the no medical threads rules - where's a don when you need one?
