Really just what the **** are you on about. If you had a blow out the last thing you'd want to be doing is speeding.
My point was, nothing has actually happened, you haven't actually hurt/griefed anyone, but you get a speeding ticket for what? Because of what might have happened. Where's the fairness/logic?
