Sigh, slightly annoyed...
I worked at my local Tesco for 2.5 years and bearing in mind i am almost 20, that is a long time. I left to go to Uni and i returned recently. About a month ago i spoke to the store manager and inquired about getting my job back. He seemed interested and said to come back closer the time i wanted to work. Low and behold i am back, had words with a few managers informally and i was told they would get back to me tonight. I also discovered they had just had a 'recruiting campaign'! So they have recruited, not informed me and just kept me hanging around. Either way, i don't have a place.
So best way to get a job? I don't have a CV and i'd prefer to fill in an application form...my next plan of action is a Sainsburys down the road but otherwise i'm stuck.
It will only be until August - do companies employ for a short period of time?
Help.
