Doctor Who

She recognised his eyes not his face as she'd only met him after he'd regenerated at least once from this doctor ;)

I want to know his name now.

The point of Dr Who is that he has an egnima to his name, he is "Doctor" and nothing more to anyone else (apart from this women who may or may not be the love of his life)

Also, it will lose the whole feeling of "Who" and for that reason, the writer(s) wouldn't be dumb enough to conjure up with a name to fit the Doctor.

Otherwise, they're gonna have to pull a name like "John" to make it at least humourous to the more core fans. (reference to Halo: Spartan 117)

I'm not so sure about that. If he'd known her with a different face why did she go through the diary trying to work out which doctor he was (how much they'd done together). If she'd never seen that face before she'd have known straight away that he was either younger/older then she has ever seen him before.

By looking at his eyes it's not that she recognises him, it's that she recognises his that he is younger then she's ever seen him before.

She probably knew him over several regenerations and may have missed one or more. She probably thought she was in a 'missing' regeneration. If she had met the DT Doctor before she should have known that this was his first regeneration in which she knew him and acted accordingly for when it was his first meeting with her.

The last 2 episodes were written by the guy thats taking over from Russell T Davis as writer. The last 2 episodes were infact IMHO the best 2 episodes in a VERY long time... With any luck there will be no more homoerotic connotations to a family show... :)

Very disappointed in the closure for the "library" episode. Everything was just whisked back to normal in the blink of an eye, with consummate ease. The Dr even gets to save his dead girlfriend.

Not only that, but it became clear that this could have been done in the very first part of the story - so the rest was just padding to create a false dilemma that didn't actually exist. The darkness creatures (can't remember their name) were a poor attempt to inject the necessary urgency into a situation with a very simple resolution. And as we saw from the resolution, they were easily appeased, so what's the big deal?

PS. Catherine Tate must die.

Well for a start 2 blokes going off hand in hand on the ep with the big wasp was completely unwarrented and not what you want to be explaining to a small child at 7pm on sat evening... Its more apparent and over the top in Torchwood but still there in Doctor Who...

you worry too much lol

Yeah, but it's still a family show in which people are supposed to die every now and then, not take the **** for 45 minutes.

So you want it totally realistic, ok.

Next time then we have Daleks they will just kill him and we will stare at his dead body for 45 minutes each saturday.

Result! :D

Anyway, he would regenerate, but that's OK because he's allowed to. :)

It's all these other ******* constantly coming back to life again that bugs me.

No swearing
