What do you eat for breakfast?

A cup of tea is all I need most mornings however If I'm off work and feeling greedy Full fry up 4 rashers of Bacon, 3 eggs, 4 Hash browns, 2 Slices Black Puddin, 2 Sausages, Beans, 1 Slice Fried Bread, Fried Mushrooms & 1 Bucket of Tea. It's amazing I've kept so thin for this long
 
And it's a suitable replacement for breakfast? Please bear with my ignorance! :)

Ask away! :) I wouldn't say it's a replacement for breakfast or any meal. All these things are supplements so are supposed to supplement a diet not replace it, a lot of n00bs think, oh I'll take some protein powder and get big - it just doesn't work like that! Though bear in mind 400ml of semi skimmed milk with 50g of whey does ammount to around 400 calories, and over 50g of protein. For most 400cals is a lot of calories to take in one go - certaintly as it does contain some fat too.
 
Quaker oats, half a pint of semi skimmed milk, microwave for 3 minutes, add a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of cocoa powder. Beautiful, sometimes I make too much and put the rest in the fridge for when I get home.
 
100g of oats and 30g of whey for me, my stomach cant handle eating so i have the shake, i have 5 scrambled eggs and 2 wholemeal toast for mid morning.

Normaly nothing, though been as I am up for the rest of the day I think I may have something not sure what though... I have mushrooms but no sausage or bacon :(
 
I like:

2/3 boiled eggs, then mashed with a fork, add a little milk and philadelphia cream cheese with french or toasted bread

or

Peanut butter and jam,

or

2 fried eggs, slightly sunny

or

greek cheese and tea

or

olive oil and dry thyme and sesame seed mix

theres more to come if you want to know... just ask

Mushrooms ? Ugh :(.

I ate fries with satay sticks yesterday, and I dunno what I'll be eating for breakfast today, still got to go to sleep.
 
yep when am off work.. I love my breakfast. I take my time making it..

Omlets are good too,

cheese and mushroom

or

cheese mushroom and meat

or

the above with added tomatos and a slight squeeze of lemon juice


arrrggghhh I want to eat now.. am hungry

Hmm, gonna wait untill the shop opens then go find something tasty to munch on... any suggestions on a nice/semi healthy breakfast that would use mushrooms? Thanks!

*EDIT* In fact no it is Sunday so they are not open untill 10, so I will have to make do with what I have... Mushrooms, Tomatoe, Cheese in the fridge, + the normal tinned products, tomatoes, beans etc... Not sure what to do though!
