Wow, that's as many calories as I'd have for dinner! But then I have a very slight build. If I go above 12 stone I start to look properly fat.
Today; 2 packs of hula hoops and a pepsi max.
I like:
2/3 boiled eggs, then mashed with a fork, add a little milk and philadelphia cream cheese with french or toasted bread
or
Peanut butter and jam,
or
2 fried eggs, slightly sunny
or
greek cheese and tea
or
olive oil and dry thyme and sesame seed mix
