NOOO lol your all wrong. Midfield diamond. Barry is DM with lampard and Ballack playing CM (there would be no true Left and right midfielders) then essien as AM. What im saying is if that 4-4-2 didnt work, then whop out your wingers. Im just getting sick of this 1 striker buisiness, seems to not work sometimes and then we have to call on anelka or shevvy with an uneven midfield

And yes Bridge is on a par with A cole, too hard to call.

Barry wouldnt go to chelsea to sit on your bench. Hes got 3 big attractions at liverpool - Champions league(yes you're in it too but we usually do better), Gerrard(you dont have your best mate in the squad), more chance of starting place(being Gerrard's best mate, and us selling Alonso would mean he was one of the 3 experienced midfielders)

LOL pete, i dont lack inteliigence, chelsea do sometimes, i was being sarcy when i said we'd buy him just to stop you having him. Which is actually true. For instance if ****** hadnt said they wanted bosingwa, not only would we have payed way too much (16.5 mil) for him, but not even signed him at all.

ok yer pretty new but referring to another team as you have there, especially one that beat you to both the PL title and then beat you again in the CL is not acceptable forum etiquette

I do mean Ashley Cole. I always thought Cole was massively over-rated, but he really is now, his strength is his positioning on the goal-line which he's excellent at, but if you look at Bridge, almost every single time he plays he will get an assist. Hell, he did it in the last game he played. For England.

Essien to DM, Barry to CM, Lampard to AM and you're closer. Hard to believe you don't know the positions of your own players

I think ashley cole going to chelsea was a brilliant move left back wise, it made bridge step his game up to leapfrog cole, and hes got to be on half his wages!

Erm, just because we stupidly play essien in defence sometimes doesnt mean he's suddenyl rubbish at being a midfielder, i appreciate he used to be classed as a DM but i say scrap that, use him as an AM i don't see him tackling too often and hes a real train.

All are rubbish apart from drogs, and even after the CL final i'd had enough of him. time to clear out and get some decent ones in.
