With ease? Please, if it did happen it would be a very long and drown out we know how to fight and go to war we have done hundreds of times the UK wouldn’t roll over.

The days of us fighting long drown out large scale wars is all but over. Our navy at the moment is nothing to shout about. Because we don't need that naval force we once had. Yes the US could finish our navy in no time.

They would disarm our nukes and launch thousands of cruise missiles it would be over in weeks.

Ok well maybe you could ask my little brother like I did, his opinion was the same as I thought, and he was mech inf upto 2 years back. They would not like to tangle with SBS end of chat, especially the guys who were washing their underwear and shaving on the turret of his warrior while they were taking incomming from Iraqi and US forces in the op telic.

Aren't the new ones we've signed up for coded and we have to ask for the codes?

But anyway, they still have enough ammunition to beat us back to last century. We don't have enough forces let alone enough long range missiles to take them on.

Nope, not sure on the future ones..

current trident's we can launch independently.

Although on the lack of weapons, one or two vanguards off the US coast would be bothersome enough.

I proposed 30 mins, going from your belief in the US forces, as a joke into which you agreed that to be a realistic timeframe for the annihilation of our forces.

The British forces would be beaten but at great cost and a large chunk of the US european based air force would be toast in minutes, its based in england you don't think the british would say ok take off and then come back and fight.
