Wall gets revenge on Chav

bit harsh, and i'm sure at least half the people (if not more) posting 'just deserts' have done things as, if not more, stupid in their childhoods. losing his foot was far to harsh, even if he is a chav.

I can't say I've ever felt the need to mindlessly destroy property at any point in my life...

He hardly deserves part of a limb amputated, a piece of concrete wall is replaceable, a human leg is not.

exactly, a ruined life for 20 seconds of 'fun', it's not like he was actually kicking an a living object (in which case death is too good a punishment for them ). broken leg = funny, he'll recover and possibly learn from his mistake, but losing his foot is just far to harsh (can't believe some people think it's acceptable for him to lose his foot yet there is public outrage at the punishments in some muslim countries (often for similar crimes))

sense of perspective people.

no deliberately removing a persons limb as punishment is wrong, being an idiot and losing a limb for not having common sense is not.

I don't think it is wrong or right... If someone asked me "should his foot come off" I would have course say no, and if it was an accident (he slipped, got run over) I would feel sorry for him, but for what he was doing he should have thought better.

Everyone makes mistakes, but kicking at someones wall and something happening I don't feel happy it happened to him, but I don't feel sad either :/

You must draw the line somewhere though?

Child ignores his parents, runs out into the road and is hit by a car for example?

But this isn't a child is it. they should have more sense.

For example climbing a tree good fun, falling out bad luck.

breaking a window arguably fun, being stupid enough to do it with your bare hand means you deserve the cuts.

Putting your leg into a big concrete guillotine, falls under the latter category.

So when is the court case due, you know, the one where the chav sues the council for building an irresponsibly carniverous wall on a public highway.

We are witnessing actual evolution here, the chav species with ultimately die out through acts like this. It is commonly accepted that the Neanderthal race were chav equivalent of their time and lived alongside the dominant cro-magnon humans. That last Neanderthal actually died out when he became trapped under a 3 ton cart after attempting to steal the first stone wheel. The event was captured on a nearby cave wall, since it would be several thousand years before the first multimedia capable mobile phone became available. The cave drawings clearly show a crowd of cro-magnon humans around the deceased tutting and shaking their heads. This is true, I saw it on Time Team.

I honestly can't believe the insensitivity of posters on here who think he 'deserved' to lose a foot for kicking a wall.
If that happened on my property I would be gutted for the lad even though I'd want justice for the damage.
We've all done stupid things but we don't deserve to be crippled for them.
Shame on you OCUK keyboard warriors.

But how do people learn if not through others mistakes?
You can only go so far trying to convince them to be good and responsible people by letting them do what ever the **** they want and getting away with it before something like this happens.

He deserves to lose his foot as he's turned his back on decency and respect for himself and other people and their property.
Now he will think twice before random acts of complete stupidity and destruction.

:D

Post of the day

Will he be entitled to get disability benefit for losing a foot? Or should he just carry on claiming anyway.

Unbelievable.

I agree, peoples attitudes are ridiculous.

Lets just hope one day, they will do something stupid, and they will be on the receiving end of the absolute worst case scenario.
That, I would truly find funny.
