The HIS iClear card is HIS latest solution to video card noise reduction. It has an excellent implement of state-of-the-art design and technology and give you a better gaming experience by reducing the distortion and noise generated from graphic card. It reduces the noise distortion generated from high-end graphic card (from both Radeon and GeForce) or TV tuner card, which provide up to 10% increase performance on Signal-to-Noise Ratio.

For example: The SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratio) is up to 10% (SNR 38 vs 34.3) better in ATI X1300XT model.

This is hilarious, it's even worse than the Killernic, since at least that's a network card. This is just a nothing.

I bet a certain peep enters this thread within 12hours. ;).

To peep above, I don't think they claim it makes your GPU perform faster, its to do with interference on screen etc.

Hmm, tbh I don't even think the KillerNIC can be compared to this...
Look at it! A card much larger than it needs to be with some spare parts glued on to it.

If there are any sales of that POS then the cleaner/generic HIS employee who thought of it is a genius.

LMFAO!!!

next there will be a pci-e card with an egg box attached which claims to reduce the noise coming from your gpu fan:P

Apparently it will improve picture quality by reducing the signal-to-noise ratio on the graphics card output.

I guess it might help if your using the analogue output, but I don't see how it will help with digital output (e.g. DVI, HDMI).
