Should they not know though?
Not sure what you mean by that? Yes, they should know, but only on what's been told to them.

Lol @ the message that is proper funny.
I forgot to update the thread.
As of today no one at Morgan Est, no one being the two teams that were dispatched to replace the plate has taken respsonsibilty for not changing the plate and the message that was sprayed. I do not know if the two teams are aware that there is photographic evidence to prove the work was not carried out when they said it was.
As per the UU request I have emailed the pictures.
As a result the UU project manager has requested that the project manager for Morgan est and all staff in the two teams attending a meeting on Monday to answer the question as to why they had said they had completed the work when they hadn't and to try and resolve who sprayed the message.
I will receive an update on Monday from UU and again I have been told that as and when the investigation is complete I will be receiving apologies from both UU and Morgan Est.
Thanks for the info dude.
Did the CEO say 'sorry'? If so, you're not going to get better than that I wouldn't have thought.
The CEO has said he is sorry for the way this was handled and will have it looked into.
The Operations Director has said sorry for the injury to my daughter and sorry for the way in which it has been handled and he too will have the matter looked into and get back to me!
I'd say that is a result. May as well go to papers as well with it.....name and shame
