F1 Testing - Silverstone 24/25/26 July.

Me neither! Got my digi dv 'corder charged and tapes ready + normal digi cam ready :)

Are these passes for general access during the lunch break only? I remember them opening up the paddock to a few hundred people between 1 and 2pm. Or do they give access any time during the test?
 
As far as i know as they are Staff passes you can pretty much stay in there whenever. If i remember rightly you can even visit the RBR garage and tomorrow LH will be sitting nextdoor.
 
Pics as soon as i get home. Couple on incidents in the pit lane with a Mclaren almost shunting a Toyota! Also quite a few Red Flag timeouts due to crashes,oil spills [Renault i think on the Hangar straight] overall a good day.

Just got back :)

WHAT A DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big thanks to Matt (CS||nuTs) for the entry - both me and my father thoroughly enjoyed looking around. I spent 75% of my time in the paddock and garage than outside on the track :p

Well we were pretty much sandwiched by the two teams [Mclaren and Toyota].

Glock had just come down the pit lane after a lap or 2 and swung the car so to line it up to reverse into the Toyota pit. At about the same time as he slowed to make his turn to the left LH came storming out of his pit and just managed to squeeze between the Striken car of Glock and his pit crew who were rushing out to roll him back into the garage.
