How are people getting this wrong? 24 hours in a day, are we agreed? Midnight to midday the next day = 12 of those hours - still with me I hope, add on another 3 hours to take you to 3pm and you get 15 hours total. If I've somehow got my calculations wrong I'm going to be rather red-faced I imagine.

Although 15 hours seems like a tremendously long time to be working in a call centre so perhaps 3am is the intended end of shift.

I vote for naming your team, "We can't count but we'll party all night long".
