If so, what are you using and how is it?

Currently I'm using a 2001WFP but I'd like to sell it and get an HDTV so I can run my PC, 360 and Wii from it as the 2001WFP native res is not supported by the 360 and the Wii through composite looks crappy.

I'm using a 32" Samsung with my PC and PS3. I have the resolution set to 1920x1080 and it looks great. I use a DVI to HDMI cable to connect the PC to the TV

Are there any issues if you run a game on the PC at a lower resolution than 1920x1080? Blurriness etc? I'm not too familiar with HDTV's.

got a 50" samsung - native res is 1366x768 but nvidia only does 1360x768 interlaced at 30 hz.

i run at 1280x720 @60 hz progrssive scan via a DVI-HDMI cable. Picture is pretty clear once i turn on DNI-e on the telly (image sharpener) for games but i run 1280x768 interlaced @ 30 hz for web browsing as it is easier on the eyes. It is nicer than sitting in front of a monitor but not as clear and sharp for tiny fonts.

You should get a 1080p telly if you want to run pc - it is supported universally as a resolution so no scaling would be needed = sharper clearer picture @ 60hz.

i would say the bigger the tv the better regards to text size at 1920x1080

Is that a forced resolution or native? Also, do you recieve sound through a DVI - HDMI, as I am using the same cable with a 3.5mm - 2 x RCA for sound.

Thanks,

Johnny.

No sound through that cable

My lil Mac Mini displays at 1080i which is ok for videos but doubt games would look that great!

i use mine but only to watch movies or sometimes after ive taken pics then display them on the t.v so everyone can view rather than cramping round a crappy little monitor. 46" 1080p setting(4ms)

i have played nfspro street which looked amazing on it....but its too much hassle facing the t.v towards myself......i need one of those things that allow me to use my wirelesss 360pad on my pc.

not that i know what that is but ive seen ppl mention it so know it exists.

sorry for being a bit clueless and drifting off topic:p

Nvidia has no issues with the 1366x768 at correct HZ and P.

Last week I ran a customers Sammy 32" for 1 week and I did not need do anything other than plug it in, it was auto found as a HD-TV and all settings set Auto.

That was using a DVI to HDMI lead and Vista 64Ult.

The only driver I've found for the PS3 controllers require you connect it using a USB cable
