Morning all!
I'm after a pair of gloves to wear while lifting weights, any particular suggestions?
I'm also interested in making some protein shakes but I have no (well.. some, thanks to Makunouchi) idea of what I need. I have a blender, though it's at least 20 years old but it'll do for now - that's pretty much it, though.
Anyway, I have absolutely know idea what whey protein I should buy, or even if I should be buying that at all as there are so many different bulk powers. Then I don't know whether to buy flavoured or unflavoured stuff, how much I should use per shake, whether to use milk or water or whatever, etc.
Basically I'd just like a quick run down of what I need and what I need to do to start supplementing my diet with a little bit extra protein (and/or other stuff if necessary).
