never played any of the GH games, so RB was the first game of this sort i'd even played.

since it was released, i've made it to tier 8 (foreplay/longtime gah!) on hard drums, tier 3 of the expert drums (damn maps and reptilia) and whilst i'm definitely weaker on guitar compared to drums, am on tier 4 of hard guitar (gimme shelter, grr!) and just started tier 3 of expert guitar.

being tone deaf, i'm struggling to get out of the first tier of vocals, on easy. :)

my pinkie finger on my fretting hand has been hurting for days since properly making the jump and playing on hard/expert.

cant wait for the who songs to be released today, however i think a "keep up with keith moon" session wont help the pain i've been getting from the shin splinter 2000 (what i call the bass pedal) either!

I lose my rhythm on that and fail pretty sharpish. Wierldy enough the same pattern but using red+yellow/bass and I can nail it no probs?!

I got stuck on Reptilia for ages on hard at the same place as you. Left it for a couple of week and then passed it frist time. I've not played Solo Drums for a little while now and still 2 songs away from completing Hard. RTTH and Next To You.
 
jeez louise some of those who songs are tough (and thats only on hard :/), the only 2 i can comfortably do and not freak out on are, eminence front and real good looking boy.

..the two non keith moon songs, make of that what you will!
 
I've been wanting this for ages but held back due to the cost.

Just gave in to temptation tonight though and bought it for PS3 :x
 
Bought the BiaB and game yesterday as an eraly birthday present from the mrs, I spent the entire night with a couple mates and her on the world tour part. I love how on the loading screen the name of your band appears on the tour bus :D
 
How does the band world tour work? Can I play with my mates over live whilst doing it or is it just band quick play? I tried last night but couldn't work out if it was possible.

On another note I have tried GG&HT 4 more times on Expert guitar and have had 94% and 95% two times each, it's so frustrating. I'm fine up until the crazy fast O, B, Y, can even get through both sets of Zig Zags etc no problems.
 
From what I've read on this thread so far it looks like you won't be able to do the world tour over live, perhaps something to do with only one profile being able to "own" the band at a time.

I've only really tried the drums so far, and am just getting used to medium so I'm a bit behind you.
 
Ah, right I think I remember reading that now cheers Sheff :)

I was stuck on hard drums the other day(Vasoline) but have somehow managed to hammer through to the last tier without much trouble, but now I'm stuck on Run to the Hills.
 
This has probably been asked on the many pages previous, if so I apologize in advance.

I have the US version of Rock Band for PS3, is there anyway I can get the DLC to work on my UK PS3?

I love the singing side to this game as I'm hopeless at the guitars & drums, Played it around hillys house very good fun! :)

I've been picking up the guitar a bit on guitar hero at another friends, getting the hang of it a little but still crap! my coordination is rubbish hehe.
