Argh - I saw a scamera van up on a bridge a bit late coming down the M6 earlier (doing about 80 indicated and I know it's not far off correct) - I couldn't brake hard because someone was close behind
Are the cameras on these bridges usually front facing or rear? I didn't see any cameras up on the bridge, just a van with livery and some guy in a fluorescent jacket sitting inside it. Fingers crossed they were targetting the rear because I'd slowed down enough by then or they were looking at the other side...
Quite annoying as that was probably the only time I'd gone more than a smidgeon over 70 (driving 320 miles and trying to be economical - Ø 40.3mpg for the whole journey!)
