Just got back from Mexico, where i stayed on a 5* resort with all inclusive drink... and out of all the cocktails, i must say a Lemon Daquiri , and a Mojito ranked highly :P

What are your favs?
 
Hmm never drink cocktails. If we can include shooters though, it's gotta be a Joker.

1 part Red Aftershock
1 part Blue Aftershock
1 part Absynthe.

Different flavored Caipirinha or Caprioska are brilliant. But my favourite cocktail has to be a well made Margirata, Lots of bars, including mine, are starting to use Agave(Same plan used to make Tequila) Sryup as part of the ingredients, and man do they add some great flavour mmm.

Also, Mai Tai's are well nice too :D.
 
Tokyo Iced Tea

Lime, Vodka, Bombay Sapphire, Bacardi Oro, Cuervo Gold, Grand Marnier and Midori topped with Lemonade!

Just been there myself, did you get caught in the hurricane? I left the day before thankfully.

Same, they really do sneak up on me though. I never seem to realise how much alcohol i've had until the next morning.
