Hey everyone. Ive recently moved into a new house in London. As im from Teesside I was recommended this house by a person im working with and took it as travelling here and back up was like a 10 hour round trip.
Anyways I moved in last week only to find I didnt have a window in my room
. She never mensioned this the emails about the room (discribing what it did / didnt have...) Im not at all happy as it gets really stuffy and im feeling a little clostrafobic.
Does anyone know if legally if you rent a room it has to have some sort of fresh air access and natural daylight? i.e have a window in the room?
I was honestly quite shocked when I first moved in and im seriously thinking about moving to a new place...
I havent signed any contracts yet so there shouldnt be any legal problems should there?
Any help would be greatly appricated.
