Cargo or combat trousers?

combat trousers need to be tough material, not light and loose as you guys might wear over summer..

the ones i have there is a space for hunting knife lower down, which is concealed by a piece of fabric

I always wanted some good maharishi combats, with an awesome dragon/chinese village embroidary. But i was about 18 then..

now i think they might look a bit gay.

particularly on a gentlemen of your age :)

They're plain. Couldn't be doing with the big designs up the back of the leg.

ah right.

well in that case i would probably not bother splashing out the higher price on something that could be just as nice to look at from a high street store like Next or similar.

The embroidery was what always made Maharishi appeal and set them above the rest for pants, but i dont think they justifiy the higher price for plain old combats.

although i aint really priced them in a while tbh

As far as I'm concerned the words are interchangeable for trousers with too many pockets, there may be some subtle difference but I've missed it.

No such thing as too many pockets.

Urgh, I've just had a horrible flashback to my primary school days when your coolness was measured by how many pockets your bodywarmer had :o

Turns out the site i linked dont have as many pants as i thought they did. but still... they rock for tshirts too :D

Course there is, when over half the surface area of your clothes are taken up by pockets you've gone beyond the necessary. If you're carrying enough stuff that you need so many pockets buy a bag, even buy a manbag if you must, it won't look any worse. And as for the amount of time that some people seem to spend searching in them... I'm sure they are just feeling themselves up in a more socially acceptable manner.

FLIP FLOPS ARE NOT GAY :(

DAMN RIGHT THEY'RE NOT!

Neither are the various pairs of 3/4 length combats I have in my drawer.

I have a 'decent' pair of combat trousers, but i can't bring myself to wear them. I hate them.

Good jeans are the way forward.

I shall post of a pic of myself to illustrate how flip flops and 3/4 lengths are not gay..
