What are the new features with regards to GOW2, that make the new features in Res5 not worth mentioning.
 
RE5 and GOW2 are completely different games, and anyone who says otherwise simply doesn't know enough about either one or both of these games.

Some might say that GOW2's horde mode trumps the mere addition of a coop mode in RE5 that has been standard to the Gears of War series for some time now.
 
From what I can tell from the Gears 2 footage is.

* Improved controls
* Improved AI
* Improved Weapons
* Bigger Levels
* More enemies
* Slightly Better Graphics
 
I don't see how a 3rd party game is the best on the PS3 and 360.

Resi to me has always been ****, last one I bought was Resi 1.

Yeah I know you had partnerships in GOW.

I'm talking about New to said game.

What was in GOW, Isnt New to 2. I'm thinking you get that though with the :p So meh.

I think both Resident evil 5 and Gow 2 are both just improvements on their predecessors, I just cant see how you can say GOW 2 looks awesome, and then Mock Res evil 5 when they are both just improvements of what came before.

More or less, plus the new modes.

Resident Evil 5 basically has none of that, obviously better graphics as it's a generation jump after all.

This isn't even a Gears vs Resident Evil thing for me, just 5 does look poor and the first thing somebody said was it's better than Gears, which is quite laughable judging from current footage.

Pretty obvious I'm talking about current footage available lol, I said Socom looked crap but then took it back a few months later when new screens arrived, at the moment Resi 5 is very underwhelming.

If you watch the comparison video all the weapons look and seem to fire exactly the same, I didn't really notice the enemies and 4 had fairly big levels as it is, didn't see any major size in the levels in the videos of 5 I saw.
