Webpages don't look 'right' some times and especially when they are loading, although I admit I have never used Version 3 I don't see the need. IE7 has popup blocker, tabs and is fast which is all I need.

I don't claim to know anything about web design but chances are they look wrong in IE and right in everything else, not the other way around.

6 is perfectly quick tbh. I havn't used Opera, but I have used the definition of slow- firefox, quich would make anything look quick I guess.
