For all tattoo lovers/haters. come discuss.

When I first read your reply I thought you were taking the mick out of markyp23 for the irony in managing to put too many "the"s in the sentence and missing out a "because" while knocking someone elses sentence but obviously you were just supplying the missing word. :)

As for the cream, it sounds interesting although I hadn't heard anything about it before. Good idea for people wanting to get rid of unwanted tattoos though.

my dad is covered head to toe in tattos, he did them all himself when in the army back in 70's! they have all now faded colour and look crap and also a lot of spelling mistakes as working in a mirror can be pretty hard and hes looking at getting them removed,

he is 60 years old tho but he still takes a lot of pride in his body, ill throw him this way so he can keep an eye on how good this is!

from that link it sounds like quite a good idea, but obviously that's essentially a sales pitch, would be interesting to see how well it worked

hmmm, had a bit of a mooch around and can see lots of things of people saying they've found lots of horror stories of terrible scarring etc, but i cant find any myself

Sum's tattoo's up in my opinion!

I have 6 others that I dont regret it is just this one tbh..but I know I would prefer it if my children dont have any when they are older.

It just that old thing of sterotyping people it still happens although it is far more accepted now.

One of the main things I would say to anyone is nothing on hands-I have one on my hand, wifes name-or neck etc make sure you can cover up if you need to.

What do you call the tattoos that aren't put on with a needle... kind of like a white outline? I can't stop thinking Zinc or Lithium but google comes up with nothing?

you can get white tattoos but they're just done like a normal tattoo
branding leaves pinky white scars, and is just what it says, hot bit of metal burning a pattern on your flesh
scarification does as well, cutting patterns and encouraging scars to form rather than heal properly
