Is there a lot of difference between these two models

All I can see from spec sheet is the extra 128MB of ram (and a few quid on the price)

Is the memory the only thing and is it upgradable or soldered in place?

Mainly going to be used with a ps3 (or two) with a couple of 500GB sata drives (i presume they take standard 3.5" desktop drives?)

If I remember correctly the memory is not upgradeable, hence why they brought out the II version, but to be sure have a look in Here

I was thinking of getting one of these or the HP EX470 MediaSmart (whose memory is upgradeable), but I decided both were to expensive for what I required either for...

Im getting mine delivered tomorrow from elsewhere as there was no indication of any stock arriving
