Its Official ..... GTA 4 PC Confirmed

The only thing that's missing to make GTA IV a truely great sandbox laugh, is the crackdown/assassins creed climbing ability.
Well, that and the inability to walk too far from vehicles... (Hopefully the PC fixes this)
 
once my mate completed the ps3 version, we have actually had more fun winding the cops up throwing grenades out the window......endless gold!

Unfortunately thats just not as possible in 4 as it is in the others. The world is amazing, and it is quite fun just exploring it...there just isn't as much to do in it :(

Good news, I admit to selling my PS3 copy about two thirds of the way through after getting stuck on a couple of missions. However on the PC I will be tempted to go the distance - I only bought the PS3 version after believing the hype and the R* denial of a PC version this time round.

Looking forward to keyboard and mouse for the pedestrian movement and using my PC XBox 360 controller for the driving.

I suspect though, "er indoors" will be putting this away as an Xmas present!
 
Looking forward to collectors edition and hopefully we'll have a different one to consoles (although unlikely).
 
Console versions had lots of technical issues with FPS, screen tearing, blurry gfx, poor draw distance,severe pop-up & sluggish controls. They just could not cope with it so compromises had to be made.

Only the PC can do this game justice gfx wise but gameplay & amount of things to do is still lacking. San Andreas & Vice City both had a lot more to do.

yeah but there isnt anything particularly interesting to do in it
 
I had it on XBOX and PS3 but can't wait for this version fed up with consoles to be honest sold my xbox and toying with the idea of selling the PS3.

PC's are where it's at. No false promises from SONY/Microsoft.
