with that situation, i'd just walk away, even if you win, people will think of you differently. walk away is better than get sacked for sexual abuse!

you havent been there for long which would be harder to get the supervisor to believe you.

I would go through with the hearing first and prove I didn't before walking away or the rest of them will assume you were guilty.
 
For all we know she could be some 40 year old munt who has a fettish with young waiters.
 
Find the angriest person you know, explain it to them, get them on your side and take them with you.

Set them on the husband.
 
Sounds like someone just doesnt like you and want you gone, or are hoping for some compensation aka fast money.

But if theres a women with a giant rack and another bloke yelling in spanish to a spanish manager...... with you not having a clue as to what is happening well odds dont seem on your side.
