Other than simply the ether that is !!

Some massive flashes outside I thought was lightening but on going outside I see a couple of shooting stars come down from the north east ish..

or did the space station just fall out of orbit :/

At midnight on the 12th of August a huge mass of luminous gas erupted from Mars and sped towards Earth. Across 200 million miles of void, invisibly hurtling towards us, came the first of the missles that were to bring so much calamity to Earth. As I watched there was another jet of gas, it was another missile starting on its way.

And that's how it was for the next ten nights. A flare, spurting out from Mars - bright green, drawing a green mist behind it - a beautiful, but somehow disturbing sight.

I hate to admit but I saw a flash in the sky to the SE on my drive home tonight approx 22.20 (UK time) I didn't seem like fireworks which is why I remember it

I saw that too! Me and my cousin thought it was thunder and forgot about it. Thinking back, we didn't hear anything and the sun was shining..

To be honest though, i did see some sort of flash through my blinds. At the time i thought it was the street lamp turning on, but this was about an hour ago so it must have already been on. This was looking NE though.

The chances of anything coming from Mars are a million to one.
