get a box, print out label, stick to box UPS label, goto UPS website and book online a time (next day) for a pickup using the link in the e-mail from MS. Job done

They are replacing all 360's sent in with a new Lite-On dvd-drive as this has now gone retail in 360's.

mine is a benQ, but mine was replaced - whole unit
I'm thinking about ringing up and sending back my console. It's actually my third replacement now.
This one has the problem of not actually loading up properly when you turn it on, or it will give you one red ring and E74 when you switch it on. It actually happened pretty much since I recieved it last year, but didn't want to send it straight back as Halo 3 had just come out. I need to do it now, be nice to get the HDMI version.

same here just over a week for me.
Same here, got it back yesterday (Wednesday)
replaced dvd drive & MoBo
they also gave me a free 1 month Gold complimentary subscription
Haven't tried either out yet though...
