nail varnish remover (available at most grocery stores) will get rid of anything.

I went to a foam party once and the blue dye from my shorts covered my lower area a permanent blue colour!!!

30 mins in the shower with nail varnish remover + a lot of scrubbing got it all out.

Use paint stripper. I urge extreme caution though, if it gets in your eyes, you're screwed. And don't be too generous, it'll make you smell. Dab it in cloth, wipe with cloth on affected areas.
