As long as you are a healthy weight, you should really try and not worry about your body shape at 14.
You will naturally change size over the next few years and should just let it happen and then consider your appearance when you're done growing.
As a fellow vegetarian, you will likely find staying fit and healthy easier, as meat/meat dishes are often worst for you than a vegetarian/ethical alternative, so in the long run, I am sure you have nothing to worry about providing you eat sensibly.
But I find your counting strawberrys and focus on apparantly minor "fat" a little worrying.
Perhaps you should talk to someone/get jacked up on some meds.
