Click watch in high quality, its still good but on closer inspection the face does appear to be layered over and you can see its not quite right some of the time, they've come a long way though, imagine whats possible in the near future.
 
Eyes and mouth look unnatural. But apart from that, bloody good!

It'd be amazing if we get this kind of realism in games.

To all those people sayin how the sync and the eyes and the mouth isn't quite right..

As if you'd be able to tell that it was an animation if they didnt tell you.
 
*trumpets* BRRR BADA BRRR, HEAR YE HEAR YE, A NEW ERA DAWNS ON GAMIN'! Errr no. This is far from the best facial animation i've seen, and there's no new technology being showcased. Sensationalist nonsense.

i realise its all programmed, but I don't think I know anyone that animated when they talk; ie have a noticable movement for almost everything. she needs to be kept just that little bit more still if you ask me.
 
good god the compression is horrible on that video :/

Also her eyes just look really unnatural and weird
