Cover songs that actually do the original justice.

Edit: Someone mentioned Newton Faulkner's Teardrop. That was absolutely fantastic when he just did it on acoustic guitar live, before the record company smeared ear candy all over it. What were they thinking?

I don't think either are a patch on Massive Attack but have you heard Jose Gonzalez's version of Teardrop?
His version of Kylie's Hand on Your Heart is also OK.

also his kylie minogue cover is 100% better than her version tbh

and the original of heartbeats isnt very good imo
 
Klaxons - It's Not Over Yet (great version of one of my fave Cream anthems by Grace)

Metallica - So What (originally by The Anti-Nowhere League, really good fun at Donington 94, completely unexpected encore that they very rarely performed even back then)
