Most of the time I go to sleep at around 3am or 4am and get up at 6am. I don't sleep well at all during the night, my mind is far too active even if my body is incredibly tired. Drinking alcohol in the evening makes me restless and have an even worse night's sleep also.

Just don't drink alchohol in the evening. It causes more sleep problems than you think. Help yourself (not to the alcohol obviously
).
