McDonalds breakfasts, a fan?

I love their bacon and egg or sausage and egg Mcmuffins, though I only eat them about once every 2 years now. I like decent coffee as well and the stuff you get at Mcdonald's isn't bad at all.

I love McDonalds breakfast. Sausage Egg McMuffin and a hash brown or two washed down with a hot chocolate. Shame I never get up intime to get one. :(

it's mostly psychological, unless you buy the healthy versions most store bought sandwiches contain the same amount of nasties as a mcdonalds burger anyway. was on TV a few weeks ago, a half meatball marinara subway contains the salt/fat equivalent of 9 packs of walkers crisps

mcdonalds just takes the blame because they are so big.

...I don't really eat Subway either, because it is not "Fresh" as they claim to be in the add's.

The meats are processed for a start..And have you actually looked at the Chicken? It's basically minced and molder into the shape it has :p

The only "Fresh" thing about it, is the fact it is made there in front of you...Which McDonalds and the rest could do, but they can't due to time constraints to be honest and the fact everyone goes there cause it's "fast food".

And another thing...I don't buy sandwhiches full of crap...I'm very weird when it comes to what's contained in my foods and how much saturated malarky / fat / salt / calories it has in it.

Where as McDonalds and the rest, are not exactly healthy for you.

But every so often it's not bad for you obviously.

right thats it ive decided, tomorrow morning im walking to canary wharf Mcdonalds and having one for my breakfast.

to those who say its really bad for you.

I say, everything in moderation nothing in excess and you will be fine.

Mcdonalds once a day = fail
Mcdonalds once a month = ok

Don't you just love how the mere hint of McDonald's food in a thread brings out all the "holier than thou" types?

Anything that's "Unhealthy" in moderation is a good thing.

I'd just rather not eat it, cause it does make me feel sick sometimes.

That and when I had a Chicken roll thing from BK once it was practically cold in the middle.

Why would you go BK for chicken, no wonder you got ill :) its not exactly their forte

love double sausage and egg mcmuffin, even if it is the most unhealthiest thing on the menu.

Awesome breky, nice and heavy to so it doesn't slide off the steering column after using the drive through.

LOL NO

Had it after a night out in Birmingham, never again - Felt sick all day.

Never. Again.

Nothing to do with the night out beforehand then ... ;)

I wonder if the Anti-McDonalds people here dine at upper-class restaurants every night.

how hard is it to buy decent bacon, free range eggs, fresh roll and make it at home?

dont see why you want to pay for cheap imported meat, battery farmed eggs and stodgy muffin:confused:

I think you're missing the whole point of "fast food".. It's fast, convenient and tastes okay(to most people) and you dont have to stand over a pan waiting for it for 10 minutes
