Loose Tea?!?!

Sainsbury's sells tiny sieves, that are the perfect size to use as a tea strainer. I use it all the time for Jasmine tea :)
 
with non-ground loose-leaf tea, its very easy to just leave the leaves in the cup. they stay sedantary most of the time. you can do it with ground tea aswell, but you then need to ensure you leave the cup stationary for about 30-40 seconds after stirring for the leaves to settle, and you can't drink the last 1-2cm of tea in the cup.

or, you can buy a Tea-Ball, which is a mesh ball which you put the leaves in, which i use if i need to make a perfect brew.
