I thought it was going to go live for everyone at the same time on Steam. Don't know why the US gets it first. Was really hoping to have a look tonight, but if they are going to make the rest of world wait for 24 hours after it was released in US, then it won't even be finished downloading tomorrow night for me to try

Amazing eh? German\Hungarian made game yet america seemingly has to get it first. Don't understand that at all.

mine hasn't from jersey, gonna cancel and get it from steam if it hasn't shipped tomorrow morning before work
hmm just read it now, its apparently confirmed the game doesn't have securom on steam! and theres practically no install either
Nope, someone said it was possible to just change your location and it would work, i already tried in the steam id page and no luck.
think the only way to trick it is with a vnc based in the US, although if you have an american friend you can get them to gift it you not too sure if that'd allow you to download it right now though

edit: see it now, so cheeseburger central does get it more or less 2 days before us, friggin typical.
Mine got dispatched earlier today, I'm really hoping that it's delivered tomorrow as I've got a ton of other stuff being delivered in the morning.
Sucks about the steam thing btw, I'm surprised they aren't allowing pre-loading as surely it makes more sense than having thousands of people all downloading the full 4Gb+ on release day.

I would have bought this through steam anyway but now I'm a little ****** as "available on sept 18th" is a blatent white lie.
Seems like every company is going out of their way to con and trick the gamer thesedays. I can see now why EA and steam have teamed up.
It'll have no SecuROM, but his methodology was a bit daft as you don't notice the activation anyway. He could've been playing any recent SecuROM game and said that.
