I have just had to RMA my 8800GTX due to it failing after 1 year. I thought I would do a bit of reading on the RMA service from OCUK I found an article from last year about OCUK vowing to adddress "service issues"

I myself have always bought from OCUK but this is my first RMA and I wonder over the past year how things have improved and if someone from the company would like to inform us on what has been improved. I wasn't even aware there was service issues.

Fair enough sorry to waste everyones time I guess. :rolleyes: I was only interested what others thought and maybe the company.

But ya kinda asking a company to reveal why if they ever were that is, so poor at sorting RMA's out etc? there not going to exactly tell us are they... and none of the normal ocukers can tell you that, as i dont think any regular users deal with the companys store.
