I have just had to RMA my 8800GTX due to it failing after 1 year. I thought I would do a bit of reading on the RMA service from OCUK I found an article from last year about OCUK vowing to adddress "service issues"
I myself have always bought from OCUK but this is my first RMA and I wonder over the past year how things have improved and if someone from the company would like to inform us on what has been improved. I wasn't even aware there was service issues.
