Crysis Warhead - Gone Gold

Does anyone else have "clog" effect like the game was leaking into graphics memory - at start game runs smoothly (as much as Crysis can run smoothly I mean) then gradually gets more and more choppy as you progress through next two or three levels to the point where motion blur when you turn around quickly gets really choppy and cut scenes are almost unwatchable. Then if you quit and start again it gets smooth again for some time?

Yes I get that, I had to restart just before the final battle as the end cutscene was very choppy. It was fine after.

Anyone found the exploding frog? You can also kill the shark now!

Not sure if anyone else posted this but i can be bothered to read this whole thread.

Nope, I read about the "Cloaked Frog" in the Air Duct though.

I never seen any Sharks in Warhead and had little interaction with them in Crysis although I have seen Videos of peeps riding on them lol.

Frogs can also defy mavity. Throw them up and the just keep going and going.

Really surprised they did not fix this as it happened in the original too.

Part of me think they deliberately kept that in, the frogs were popular to begin with because of their quirky behaviour in the game, ever since the multiplayer beta opened.

It's not. You still have Securom release date checking, but you can run over several different computers just fine.

Will the Steam version have an activation limit?
The Steam version of Crysis Warhead has the same activation limit as the retail version of 5 activations. The Steam version of Crysis Wars will only require authentication upon installation just like the retail product.
