The posts above seem very very cheap, i would definitely budget a lot more than some of the stuff i am seeing.

Ive ran a 2 bed house for the last 3 years, on my own, the bills break down to approximately the following.

Water - £25pm
Oil(no gas) - £40pm
Electricity - £40pm
Council tax - £90pm (inc 25% discount)
Sky - £19pm
BT - £11pm
DSL - £19pm

Your list seems fine though

I live in a studio flat in a fairly wealthy area on the high street.

Monthly outgoings go like this -

£410 rent
£30 council tax
£20-30 electricity
£5-10 water/wastage
£12.50 internet
£10.50 phone line
£14.46 insurance.
£27 TV licence.

Edit - Appears my flat is band G - luckily this is split between 5 different studios...

Transfer your TV license?

My flat in the middle of Cardiff is a VERY small 2 bed and it is just me here. Council tax is £110 with 25% discount. Are you going to be in Bristol still? if so it will probably be about the same as my tax.

Bills for me are-
Tax- £110
Electricity- £35
TV- £10
Phone-£30
Internet-£20
No gas, and water is paid for in the rent.

The worst thing for me is food prices as i really struggle to spend less than £45 a week now.

Also double check places have BT lines installed as my flat didnt and that costs over £100 to get sorted!

Always remember to factor in food, I live with my girlfriend and a pet lab our food/toiletries/cleaning products bill is now around £350-400 a month which is the second highest bill. In the last few months we have not had a shopping bill under £100 due to the increase in food prices.
